What is Acupressure?

Acupressure is a traditional healing technique that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall health. It’s perfect if you are squeamish around needles and want to have similar results.

It is based on principles from TCM, similar to acupuncture but instead of needles, fingers, thumbs, elbows, or special tools are used.
